The group


Mindfulness meditation training involves sitting in meditation regularly. Our sitting group (Haddenham Mindfulness Group) meets weekly on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday evenings, meditating for 45 minutes or so. We normally, but not always, meditate using the breath as the focus of our attention.  

The aim of Haddenham Mindfulness Group is to help beginners learn to meditate and to provide company and support for those who are more experienced. One-to-one sessions are also available for those who want to deepen their practice or enquire after formal Zen training. 

We  meet occasionally for half-day retreats, generally on Saturdays.
